What a water treatment workspace usually holds

The workspace brings the rest

Automations, phone, email, a website, a customer portal, invoices and payments, banking, chat, docs, version history and apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows come standard. Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Integrations

Keep the tools that work. Your books stay in QuickBooks or Xero, payments in Stripe, your calendar in Google.

One price for the whole crew

Priced per workspace, not per user. Start free and move up when the business needs it.

Water treatment software questions

What is Unstack?

A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.

Is there a ready-made water treatment template?

Not yet. You describe how your water treatment business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.

Is this compliant with EPA Safe Drinking Water Act requirements?

No. Unstack isn't certified for Safe Drinking Water Act compliance, and meeting it is your responsibility. You can keep test logs and alert records in Unstack with dates on every entry, and export them as CSV for your state's reporting.

Can I track real-time sensor data from SCADA systems?

Not directly; Unstack has no SCADA connectors. If your SCADA or telemetry system can send readings to a webhook, an automation can log them and alert you when a value is out of range.

Does this replace our billing software?

Partially. Unstack can handle usage-based billing, rate calculations, and invoice generation, and integrates with Stripe for payment processing. If you need advanced regulatory rate tariffs or complex tiered pricing, you may still need your current utility billing system alongside it.

How do I export data for state compliance reports?

Export any table as CSV, or use the REST API to pull data into other tools. Unstack doesn't file with state reporting portals, so you'd upload or enter the data there.

Can technicians use this on a mobile phone in the field?

Yes. Unstack works in any phone's browser and as an iPhone app, so technicians can log service calls, photos and test results in the field. It needs a connection; there's no offline mode.

How much does this cost compared to Cartegraph or SAP?

Unstack is priced per workspace, not per user, so adding staff doesn't change the bill, and there's a free plan to start on. See the pricing page for current plans.

Can I invite my customers to log service requests?

Yes. You can create a shared customer portal with role-based access so residents can submit service requests, view their usage, and check billing status without accessing your internal operations data.
