How do I track technician EPA 608 certifications and licenses?

Build a technician table with certification fields, expiry dates, and certification types (Type I, II, III, universal). Set up automations to send alerts 30 days before expiry to your service manager.

Does Unstack have a mobile app for field technicians?

Yes. Technicians use Unstack in their phone's browser or the iPhone app to view jobs, take before and after photos, complete checklists, log equipment data and clock in and out. It needs an internet connection; there's no offline mode.

How do I manage maintenance contracts and renewals?

Create a contracts table with customer, equipment, service frequency, and renewal date. Build a portal view customers can access to see upcoming maintenance and pay renewals. Automate reminders 30 days before expiry.

Can I create custom invoices with parts markup and labor rates?

Yes. Store your labor rates and parts markup, and the builder can have each invoice calculated from the job with itemized labor and marked-up parts, then sent through Stripe with a payment link when the tech marks the job complete.

Is Unstack compliant with EPA and OSHA regulations?
