What a appliance repair workspace usually holds

The workspace brings the rest

Automations, phone, email, a website, a customer portal, invoices and payments, banking, chat, docs, version history and apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows come standard. Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Integrations

Keep the tools that work. Your books stay in QuickBooks or Xero, payments in Stripe, your calendar in Google.

One price for the whole crew

Priced per workspace, not per user. Start free and move up when the business needs it.

Appliance repair software questions

What is Unstack?

A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.

Is there a ready-made appliance repair template?

Not yet. You describe how your appliance repair business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.

Can I track warranty claims and manufacturer reimbursements?

You can have the builder create a warranty claims table linked to jobs, parts and manufacturers, with model, serial number, coverage and claim status. Unstack doesn't submit claims to manufacturers, but it can remind you about claims still waiting on payment.

Does Unstack work on mobile for technicians in the field?

Yes. Technicians use Unstack in their phone's browser or the iPhone app to see their jobs, customer details and parts lists, update status, add photos and collect a signature. It needs an internet connection.

How do I manage parts inventory across multiple locations?

Create one master parts table with bin locations, supplier SKUs, and reorder points. Use location tags or separate tables for each shop, and set up automation to alert you when stock falls below thresholds.

Can I send automatic maintenance reminders to past customers?

Yes. Keep each customer's appliance and last service date, and a scheduled automation can email or text a reminder at the intervals you choose, such as before summer for AC units, with a link to your online booking page.

Does Unstack integrate with my current accounting software?

Unstack syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Connect your account and the builder can set up an automation that sends invoices, payments and job details across, so they aren't typed in twice.

How do I prevent technicians from running out of common parts?

Give each part a reorder point and have an automation notify you, or email your supplier, when the count drops below it. If technicians record the parts they use on each job, the builder can have the count go down with each one.

Can customers see their service history and upcoming appointments?

Yes. Customers sign in to the customer portal to see their own jobs, invoices and upcoming appointments. You can add an online booking page for new appointments.

Do I pay per user?

No. Unstack is priced per workspace, so adding a technician or an office manager does not change the bill.
