From one sentence to software you run on

  1. Describe it, or pick a template from the marketplace.

  3. Change anything, anytime, by asking.
  4. Bring the whole team: pricing is per workspace, not per user.

What a locksmith workspace usually holds

The workspace brings the rest

Automations, phone, email, a website, a customer portal, invoices and payments, banking, chat, docs, version history and apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows come standard. Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Integrations

Keep the tools that work. Your books stay in QuickBooks or Xero, payments in Stripe, your calendar in Google.

One price for the whole crew

Priced per workspace, not per user. Start free and move up when the business needs it.

Locksmith software questions

What is Unstack?

A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.

Is there a ready-made locksmith template?

Not yet. You describe how your locksmith business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.

Can I track technician GPS location in real-time?

Staff can share their location from their phone, so you can see who is nearest and offer a job to that technician. Unstack doesn't do vehicle GPS tracking, live ETAs or route optimization.

Does Unstack integrate with Stripe for payments?

Yes. Invoices go out through Stripe with a link to pay online, and payments are recorded against the invoice. The builder can set up an automation that creates the invoice when a job is marked complete.

How do I manage inventory of locks and parts?

Have the builder create an inventory table for locks and parts by location. If techs log parts used on each job, an automation can lower the count and alert you when stock runs low.

Can technicians complete jobs on their phone?

Yes. Technicians use Unstack in their phone's browser or the iPhone app to see assigned jobs, take photos, collect signatures, log parts used and mark the job complete. It needs an internet connection.

How does automated dispatch work?

When a new job comes in, it can be offered to the nearest available technician, using staff location sharing, and you can override any assignment. The rules are ones you set; nothing learns your preferences.

Can I send SMS reminders to customers?

Yes. Automations can text customers when a job is scheduled, before the appointment and with a payment link after completion. Texting is on paid plans.

What happens when a technician clocks in and out?

Technicians can clock in and out on each job from their phone, and the builder can total hours per job for costing. Unstack doesn't run payroll; you can export hours as CSV.

Do I pay per user?

No. Unstack is priced per workspace, so adding a technician or an office manager does not change the bill.
