Jobber Pricing in 2026: What You'll Actually Pay at 1 to 15 Users

Isaac Harmon · October 14, 2026

Jobber has four plans: Core, Connect, Grow and Plus. Billed annually, they start at $29, $99, $149 and $399 a month. That headline price covers one user on the first three plans and five users on Plus. What a business actually pays depends on four other things: how many people need a login, how you choose to be billed, which add-ons you turn on, and how much money you collect by card through the app.

This guide works through each of those using the prices on Jobber's own pricing page, checked on October 14, 2026. It ends with the cost at every team size from 1 to 15 users, what three years adds up to, and how Jobber's pricing model compares with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, ServiceM8 and Service Fusion.

Core1 (single user only)$29$39$49
Connect1$99$119$139
Grow1$149$169$199

Prices are per month in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Every plan has a 14-day free trial of Grow with no credit card. There is no free plan.

The full price list

Connect, Grow and Plus are each sold in tiers by headcount. Here is every tier Jobber publishes:

Plan and usersBilled annually1-year commitmentNo commitment
Connect, 1 user$99$119$139
Connect, 5 users$149$169$199
Connect, 10 users$229$259$299
Connect, 15 users$299$339$399
Grow, 1 user$149$169$199
Grow, 5 users$229$259$299
Grow, 10 users$299$349$399
Grow, 15 users$399$429$499
Plus, 5 users$399$439$499
Plus, 10 users$449$499$599
Plus, 15 users$529$599$699

Each extra user costs $29 a month on every plan. At 16 users or more, every plan becomes "contact sales".

Three ways to pay, and what flexibility costs

Jobber offers the same plans on three terms:

  • No commitment. Month to month, cancel any time. The most expensive.
  • 1-year commitment, paid monthly. Cheaper, but you have agreed to twelve months.
  • Billed annually. The cheapest, paid for the year up front. Jobber describes annual payments as non-refundable.

The gap between the first and last is large. One user on Connect costs $139 a month with no commitment and $99 billed annually, a 40% premium for being able to leave. Five users on Grow cost $299 against $229, which is $840 a year for the same software.

A reasonable approach is to start month to month, use it through one busy season, and switch to annual billing once you know the team will stay on it. Paying a year up front before you are sure is the expensive mistake.

What Jobber costs for your team size

The tiers come in steps of 1, 5, 10 and 15 users, and anyone in between is added at $29 each. Because of that, the cheapest way to cover a team is not always the obvious one. Three users on Connect cost $157 as one user plus two extras ($99 + $29 + $29), but the 5-user tier is $149. Buying the bigger tier is cheaper.

This table shows the cheapest annual-billing setup for each team size. It assumes the $29 is added on top of the nearest smaller tier, which is how the page describes it. The page does not say whether the $29 rate changes with the billing term.

People who need a loginConnect, per monthGrow, per monthGrow, per year
1$99$149$1,788
2$128$178$2,136
3$149 (5-user tier)$207$2,484
4$149 (5-user tier)$229 (5-user tier)$2,748
5$149$229$2,748
6$178$258$3,096
8$229 (10-user tier)$299 (10-user tier)$3,588
10$229$299$3,588
12$287$357$4,284
15$299$399$4,788

A pattern to remember: at 3 or 4 people on Connect, 4 on Grow, and 8 or 9 on either plan, buy the next tier up. It costs less than paying for the extra seats one by one.

Which plan you actually need

Most shops are not choosing on headcount alone. A few features decide the plan for you:

  • Core is for one person. It cannot add users, and it does not sync with QuickBooks Online.
  • QuickBooks Online sync starts at Connect. If your books live in QuickBooks, Connect is the real starting price: $99 a month for one user, billed annually.
  • Two-way texting with customers starts at Grow. Core and Connect do not list it. If your customers reply to appointment texts, plan on Grow.
  • Plus starts at five users. A one- or two-person business cannot buy Plus at a smaller size.

For most service businesses with a crew, the comparison comes down to Connect versus Grow, and the deciding question is whether you need two-way texting.

What isn't in the sticker price

Add-ons

Jobber sells three add-ons separately from the plans:

Add-onPrice per month
Marketing Suite$99
Pipeline$49
AI Receptionist$29

A five-person shop on Grow (annual) that adds Marketing Suite and AI Receptionist pays $357 a month, or $4,284 a year, before any payment fees. That is 56% more than the $229 plan price.

Card processing

If customers pay you through Jobber, these fees come out of each payment:

  • Cards online: 2.9% + 30¢
  • Tap to Pay in person: 2.7% + 30¢
  • Bank payments (ACH, US only): 1%
  • Instant payouts: an extra 1%

Card fees are not unique to Jobber; every platform that takes cards charges something like them. But they are often larger than the subscription. A shop collecting $40,000 a month by card, with an average invoice of $350, makes about 114 transactions. At 2.9% + 30¢ that is roughly $1,194 a month in fees, about four times the price of a 10-user Grow plan. Moving regular customers to bank payments at 1% is usually the biggest saving available, bigger than any change of plan.

Three years of Jobber, worked out

Software is a multi-year decision, so it helps to see the total. These figures use annual billing and today's prices, with no add-ons and no payment fees:

TeamConnect, 3 yearsGrow, 3 years
3 people$5,364$7,452
5 people$5,364$8,244
10 people$8,244$10,764
15 people$10,764$14,364

Those totals assume prices stay where they are. Reviewers on Trustpilot mention price increases, so treat these totals as a floor, not a forecast.

How Jobber's pricing compares

The useful comparison is not who is cheapest at one size. It is how each pricing model behaves as your team grows.

ProductHow it chargesPublished prices
JobberPlans in user tiers, $29 per extra user$29 to $529 a month billed annually
Housecall ProPlans with users included, $35 per extra user on MAXBasic $59 (1 user), Essentials $149 (5 users), MAX $299 (8 users), as the lower of two prices shown, which appears to be annual billing
ServiceM8By jobs per month, unlimited users on paid plansFree (30 jobs), then $29, $79, $149 and $349 a month
Service FusionFlat plans, unlimited users$245, $382 and $627 a month ($208, $325 and $533 billed annually)
ServiceTitanPer technician, on contractsNot published

Some patterns:

  • Per-user tiers (Jobber, Housecall Pro) are cheapest for small teams and climb with every hire.
  • Flat, unlimited-user pricing (Service Fusion) costs more at the start but stops growing with headcount. At 15 users, Jobber Grow's $399 a month is above Service Fusion's $325 Plus plan on annual billing. Compare what each plan includes, not just the number.
  • Volume pricing (ServiceM8) suits teams with many people and relatively few jobs.
  • ServiceTitan publishes no prices. Its own filings say contracts typically run 12 to 36 months and pricing is based partly on technician count. Its fiscal 2026 revenue of $961 million across about 10,800 active customers works out to roughly $89,000 a year per customer (our arithmetic, and its customer base skews toward larger contractors). It is built for a different size of business than Jobber.

When Jobber is the right call, and when it isn't

Jobber is a sound choice for a one- to fifteen-person service business that wants a finished, proven app on day one: scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments and a mobile app that works the way most home-service businesses work. The trial is real (14 days of Grow, no card), and Connect is a fair price if you need QuickBooks sync and not much else.

Public reviews point to where it fits less well:

  • Per-seat cost as the crew grows. A five-star Capterra reviewer in September 2026 said the per-user price was steep enough for their five-person crew that they cut seats to stay in budget.
  • Features behind higher tiers. A Trustpilot reviewer in October 2026 described paying around $180 a month and still finding features they wanted, such as Google review tools, reserved for a higher plan.
  • Trade-specific gaps. One long-time pest control customer wrote in August 2026 that they were leaving after twelve years because chemical usage could not be recorded on invoices or in the mobile app. Many states require pest control companies to keep that record.
  • No offline mode. A Jobber support reply on its community forum says the app does not work offline beyond internal notes. That matters if your technicians work in basements, rural areas or anywhere without signal.

The other route: building your own

We make Unstack, so weigh this section accordingly. It is the option that does not appear on most comparison lists, so it is worth laying out what it costs and where it falls short.

Unstack is an AI builder for business software. You describe how your business runs, and it builds the tables, pages and automations: a dispatch board, quotes, job records, a customer portal. You change any of it by asking. Pricing is per workspace, not per user:

PlanMonthlyBilled annuallyUsers
Starter$49$41Unlimited
Business (includes QuickBooks and Xero sync, integrations, AI phone and texting)$149$124Unlimited

Three years on Business, billed annually, is $4,464 at any team size, compared with $10,764 for ten people on Jobber Grow. The honest trade-offs:

  • It is not finished software on day one. You spend time describing your workflows to the builder, and the result is only as good as that description. Jobber is ready the afternoon you sign up.
  • Card fees are higher. Payments on Unstack's Starter and Business plans are 3.9% + 30¢ per transaction, a full point above Jobber's 2.9% + 30¢. For a ten-person team the subscription saving is about $175 a month ($299 against $124), and that extra point cancels it out once you are processing about $17,500 a month by card through the platform. Above that, Jobber costs less overall unless you take most payments by bank transfer or outside the app.
  • No route optimization and no offline mode. Unstack has a dispatch board and can offer a job to whoever is nearest, but it does not plan optimized routes, and it needs a connection.
  • AI credits. Building uses AI credits. Business includes 200 a month; heavy building can mean buying more.

Building your own makes most sense when per-seat pricing is what hurts, your card volume through the software is modest, or your trade needs records the packaged tools do not keep, like the pest control chemical log above. If none of that applies, a packaged tool is the simpler answer, and Jobber is a good one.
