  3. Change anything, anytime, by asking.
  4. Bring the whole team: pricing is per workspace, not per user.

What a snow removal workspace usually holds

The workspace brings the rest

Automations, phone, email, a website, a customer portal, invoices and payments, banking, chat, docs, version history and apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows come standard. Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Integrations

Keep the tools that work. Your books stay in QuickBooks or Xero, payments in Stripe, your calendar in Google.

One price for the whole crew

Priced per workspace, not per user. Start free and move up when the business needs it.

Snow removal software questions

What is Unstack?

A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.

Is there a ready-made snow removal template?

Not yet. You describe how your snow removal business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.

Can I track multiple trucks on a live map?

Staff can share their location from their phone, so you can see who is nearest and offer a job to that driver. Unstack doesn't do vehicle GPS tracking, live ETAs or route optimization.

How does billing work for per-push vs. seasonal contracts?

Store each account's contract type and rate. The builder can set up per-push invoices from logged service visits, and seasonal contracts billed monthly as a Stripe subscription or by a scheduled automation.

Do drivers need a smartphone to use this?

Yes. Drivers use their phone's browser or the iPhone app to see assigned stops, clock in and out, and log service details and photos. It needs a connection; there's no offline mode.

Can I integrate with QuickBooks for accounting?

Yes. Unstack syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero, so the builder can set up an automation that sends invoices and payments across and they aren't typed in twice.

How do weather alerts trigger crew notifications?

Unstack has no weather feed of its own. When you call a storm, a button can run an automation that texts your whole crew list the details and call-in time.

Can customers see their service history and billing?

Yes. Customers sign in to the customer portal to see completed service logs and their invoices. You decide what each customer sees.

What if a driver needs to reassign a stop mid-route?

Dispatchers can reassign a stop to another truck in one step. The new driver gets a notification, and the change is recorded on the stop for billing.

Do I pay per user?

No. Unstack is priced per workspace, so adding a technician or an office manager does not change the bill.
