What a irrigation workspace usually holds

The workspace brings the rest

Automations, phone, email, a website, a customer portal, invoices and payments, banking, chat, docs, version history and apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows come standard. Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Integrations

Keep the tools that work. Your books stay in QuickBooks or Xero, payments in Stripe, your calendar in Google.

One price for the whole crew

Priced per workspace, not per user. Start free and move up when the business needs it.

Irrigation software questions

What is Unstack?

A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.

Is there a ready-made irrigation template?

Not yet. You describe how your irrigation business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.

Can I track backflow test compliance and generate audit reports?

Yes. Build a backflow test table with test dates, tester certification and each municipality's deadline, and an automation reminds you before a test is due. Report pages and CSV exports pull the records together for submission.

Does it integrate with QuickBooks or Stripe for billing?

Yes. Customers pay invoices online through Stripe, and Unstack syncs with QuickBooks Online, so the builder can set up an automation that sends invoices and payments across.

Can technicians submit photos and signatures on mobile?

Yes. Technicians use their phone's browser or the iPhone app to photograph damage, capture client signatures and log valve readings. It needs a connection; there's no offline mode.

How do I dispatch jobs to the nearest technician?

Staff can share their location from their phone, so you can see who is nearest and offer a job to that technician. Unstack doesn't do vehicle GPS tracking, live ETAs or route optimization.

Can I automate seasonal winterization and spring startup campaigns?

Yes. Scheduled automations can email or text customers ahead of the winterization and spring start-up dates you set, and create the service jobs.

Does it support multi-crew or multi-location management?

Yes. You can create unlimited technician teams, assign roles (dispatcher, office, tech), and filter work orders by crew or territory. Customer notifications and invoices can be templated per location.

Can I track controller programming and maintenance history?

Yes, once you add it. Ask the builder for fields on each site for controller model, zones, run times and seasonal adjustments, linked to work orders, with a reminder when a check is due.

Do I pay per user?

No. Unstack is priced per workspace, so adding a technician or an office manager does not change the bill.
