No. Unstack needs an internet connection, so it doesn't work offline. Technicians can use it on the job in their phone's browser or the iPhone app wherever there's signal or Wi-Fi.

Does the system integrate with existing payment processors?

Payments run through Stripe. Invoices can be created automatically and paid online, by email or a texted link.

How do you handle EPA compliance and chemical tracking?

You can build a treatment log that records product, active ingredient, EPA registration number, rate and property for each application, and export it for audits or state inspections. Unstack doesn't check that your records meet your state's rules.

Can customers book treatments through a portal?

Yes. You can set up a customer portal where they view available appointment slots, request services, view past treatments, and pay invoices—all without calling your office.

Does this replace ServiceTitan or Jobber?
