Does Unstack integrate with QuickBooks for pest control billing?

Unstack syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Connect your account and the builder can set up an automation that sends invoices, customers and payments across, so they aren't typed in twice.

Can technicians fill out inspection forms offline on mobile?

No. Unstack needs an internet connection, so it doesn't work offline. Technicians can use it on the job in their phone's browser or the iPhone app wherever there's signal or Wi-Fi.

How does Unstack's dispatch routing compare to ServiceTitan?

Unstack doesn't do GPS dispatch or route optimization. The builder makes a dispatch board with the rules you choose, staff can share their location so you can see who is nearest, and pricing is per workspace rather than per user.

Can we track chemical inventory and get low-stock alerts?

Yes. The builder can set up an inventory table for each product, a usage field on every service visit and a reorder level, with an automation that lowers the count and alerts you when stock falls below it.

Do customers get automatic appointment reminders?

Yes. Automations can send text and email reminders a set time before each treatment, with a link to reschedule. Texting is on paid plans.

How long does it take to set up a dispatch system on Unstack?

Can we set different roles for techs, office staff, and managers?
