The workspace brings the rest

Automations, phone, email, a website, a customer portal, invoices and payments, banking, chat, docs, version history and apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows come standard. Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Integrations

Keep the tools that work. Your books stay in QuickBooks or Xero, payments in Stripe, your calendar in Google.

Landscaping software questions

What is Unstack?

A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.

Is there a ready-made landscaping template?

Not yet. You describe how your landscaping business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.

Does Unstack integrate with QuickBooks for accounting?

Unstack syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Connect your account and the builder can set up an automation that sends invoices and payments across, so they aren't typed in twice. Stripe handles card payments and subscription billing.

Can crews access the dispatch board on mobile phones?

Yes. Crews use Unstack in their phone's browser or the iPhone app to see assigned jobs, clock in and out, upload before and after photos and get notifications.

How does contract renewal automation work?

Store each contract's renewal date, and an automation can email the customer ahead of it, create the invoice and the new season's jobs, and notify your crew leads.

Can I track equipment maintenance and hours?

Yes. Have the builder create an equipment table for mower hours, service intervals, fuel costs and maintenance records, with an automation that alerts crew leads when service is due.

Can I handle rain days?

Unstack has no weather feed of its own. When you call a rain day, a button can run an automation that texts affected customers and crews, and you move the jobs on the dispatch board.

Can customers request services directly?

Yes. In the customer portal clients see their service history, upcoming visits and invoices, and can send a service request. An automation can create the job and notify the office to assign a crew.

What happens if I need to switch platforms later?

You can export your data at any time: a full JSON export of your app, or any table as CSV. The REST API also lets other tools read it.

Do I pay per user?

No. Unstack is priced per workspace, so adding a technician or an office manager does not change the bill.
