Built on Unstack
Mobile Mechanic OS is the start. It runs inside Unstack, one workspace for your whole mobile mechanic business: change any of it by asking, and the phone line, website, customer portal, payments and AI employees come with it.
One workspace instead of ten subscriptions
If your business runs on it, Unstack can build it: scheduling, a CRM, quotes and invoicing, online booking, a website, a customer portal, forms, email and text marketing, team chat and docs, as one app with one customer list, one login for the whole team and one bill.
The workspace brings the rest
Automations, phone, email, a website, a customer portal, invoices and payments, banking, chat, docs, version history and apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows come standard. Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.
Integrations
Keep the tools that work. Your books stay in QuickBooks or Xero, payments in Stripe, your calendar in Google.
One price for the whole crew
Priced per workspace, not per user, and the template is included. Mobile Mechanic OS has 26 pages and the Free plan holds 10, so it runs on a paid plan.
- Starter: $49 a month, or $41 a month billed annually.
- Business: $149 a month, or $124 a month billed annually.

Mobile mechanic software questions
What is Unstack?
A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.
What happens when I click Start free?
You create a workspace and Mobile Mechanic OS is installed into it: 26 pages, 21 tables and 23 automations. Add your team and your customers and it is ready to use.
Can I change Mobile Mechanic OS?
All of it. Tell the AI builder what you want instead, such as a new field on a job, a different invoice layout or another automation, and it changes your copy. Nothing is locked, and you can export your data and the code behind any page.
Can my customers see job status in real-time?
Customers sign in to the customer portal to see their jobs, estimates and invoices, and pay through Stripe. Automations can text them as the job's status changes. There's no live ETA.
Does Unstack work offline on my technician's phone?
No. Unstack needs an internet connection, so it doesn't work offline. Technicians can use it on the job in their phone's browser or the iPhone app wherever there's signal or Wi-Fi.
How does dispatch work?
The builder can make a dispatch board of open jobs and technicians. Staff share their location from their phone, so you can see who is nearest and assign with a click. There's no route optimization.
Can I track parts inventory across multiple service vehicles?
Give each van its own stock in an inventory table, with a reorder level on each part and an alert when it runs low. Unstack doesn't place orders with suppliers.
Does it integrate with QuickBooks for accounting?
Unstack syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Connect your account and the builder can set up an automation that sends invoices and payments across, so they aren't typed in twice.
Can I accept payments directly from invoices?
Yes. Invoices go out through Stripe with a link to pay online, from email or the customer portal, and you can take cards in person with a Stripe card reader. When money reaches your bank depends on Stripe's payout schedule.
