Is there a ready-made field services template?

Can technicians use Unstack on their phone in the field?
Yes. Technicians use Unstack in their phone's browser or the iPhone app to view jobs, fill in service reports, take photos and update status. It needs an internet connection.
How does Unstack handle real-time tracking of technicians?
Staff can share their location from their phone, so you can see who is nearest and offer a job to that technician. Unstack doesn't do vehicle GPS tracking, live ETAs or route optimization.
Will switching to Unstack disrupt our current invoicing workflow?
It doesn't have to. Unstack syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero, so you can keep your books where they are and have completed jobs create invoices there or in Stripe through an automation.
Can customers see where their technician is?
Not on a live map. Customers can see their job's status, photos and invoices in the customer portal, and automations can text them when the technician is on the way.
What if we need custom fields for our specific trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)?
Ask the builder to add fields for equipment types, certifications, safety checklists or warranty terms, and it updates your tables and forms. You can keep changing them by asking.
Do I pay per user?
No. Unstack is priced per workspace, so adding a technician or an office manager does not change the bill.
