What is Unstack?

Is there a ready-made auto glass template?

Not yet. You describe how your auto glass business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.

Can Unstack integrate with major insurance companies?

There are no built-in connections to insurance carriers or claims networks. You can track every claim in Unstack with the carrier, claim number, deductible and status, and keep submitting through the carrier's own system.

Do technicians need training to use the mobile app?

The job forms are the ones you have the builder make, so you can keep them to a few drop-downs for glass type and vehicle, a photo field and a submit button. If something confuses your techs, ask the builder to change it.

Can jobs go to the nearest technician?

Staff can share their location from their phone, so you can see who is nearest and offer a job to that technician. Unstack doesn't do vehicle GPS tracking, live ETAs or route optimization.

Can customers track their job status?

Yes. Customers sign in to the customer portal to see their job's status, and automations can text or email them when it changes, such as when the tech is on the way or the job is done. There's no live ETA.

Does Unstack handle parts inventory?

You can have the builder create an inventory table for glass, adhesives and trim by location, with a reorder level on each item and an alert when stock runs low. There's no direct supplier ordering or barcode scanning.

What if a job doesn't fit our standard forms?

Ask the builder to add fields or make a separate form for each job type, such as windshield replacement, chip repair or tinting. You can change them again whenever your work changes.

Can I see profitability by job or technician?

Yes, if you record labor and parts on each job. The builder can make a dashboard that totals cost, deductibles and revenue by job, technician or date range.

Do I pay per user?

No. Unstack is priced per workspace, so adding a technician or an office manager does not change the bill.
