Customers can book through an online scheduling page and see their visits and invoices in the customer portal. Recurring service is set up on your side, with a scheduled automation creating each visit and sending a reminder.

How do I handle seasonal pricing and upsells?

Can I process payments on-site without a separate device?

Yes. The builder can set up an automation that texts or emails customers a set time before each job, with the technician's name, the arrival window and a link to reschedule. Texting is on paid plans.

Can I track crew productivity and revenue per technician?

Yes, from what you record. The builder can make a dashboard of jobs completed, hours logged and revenue per technician, plus customer ratings if you collect them.
