Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Cleaning business software questions

What is Unstack?

A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.

Is there a ready-made cleaning services template?

Not yet. You describe how your cleaning services business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.

Can Unstack track crew location in real time?

Staff can share their location from their phone, so you can see who is nearest to a job. There's no GPS route tracking or live ETA. Crews can also log start and end times on each job.

Does Unstack send automatic invoices to clients?

Yes. An automation can create and email a Stripe invoice with a payment link when a job is marked complete.

Can clients book and pay online?

Yes. Clients can book through an online scheduling page, sign in to the customer portal to see their visits and invoices, and pay through Stripe. If you use QuickBooks Online or Xero, payments can be synced there.

How does Unstack handle recurring cleaning contracts?

Store each contract with its frequency and assigned crew, and have a scheduled automation create the next visit and send its reminder. Recurring billing can run as a Stripe subscription.

Does Unstack integrate with QuickBooks or accounting software?

Unstack syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Connect your account and the builder can set up an automation that sends invoices and payments across, so they aren't typed in twice.

Can crew members see their jobs on a mobile app?

Yes. Crews use Unstack in their phone's browser or the iPhone app to see assigned jobs, get a notification when one is assigned, open the address in their maps app, and mark jobs complete with photos and notes.

What happens if a client doesn't pay their invoice?

The builder can set up an automation that emails or texts a payment reminder with the pay link after the number of days you choose, and flags the invoice as overdue so the office can follow up.
