Track par levels by item and customer. When clean stock for an item drops below par, an automation alerts the plant and management.

Can customers order online and schedule their own pickups?

Yes. Customers sign in to the customer portal to place orders or request pickups through a form and see their billing history. An automation can notify dispatch so you add the stop to a delivery day.
