Can Unstack integrate with my GPS fleet tracking system?

Unstack doesn't connect to GPS fleet trackers or track vehicles. Drivers can share their location from their phone, so dispatch can see who is nearest to a stop.

How do I set up recurring weekly or bi-weekly deliveries?

Keep a record for each customer with delivery frequency and products, and a scheduled automation creates the upcoming orders and notifies dispatch. You can pause or change a customer whenever you need to.

Can my customers see their delivery history and reschedule online?

Yes. Customers sign in to the customer portal to see past deliveries, upcoming orders and invoices, and can send a reschedule request that notifies your dispatcher.

Does Unstack handle split billing—e.g., bottled water + cooler rental?

Yes. Each order can carry several line items, such as water, cooler rental, service charge and tax, and the monthly invoice is sent and paid through Stripe.

What happens if a driver forgets to mark a delivery complete?

You can set up an automation that alerts the dispatcher at end-of-day if any stop was not confirmed. The dispatch page flags incomplete routes so you can follow up with the driver or customer immediately.

Can I track warehouse inventory and reorder thresholds?

Yes. Log incoming shipments and the gallons or bottles out on each delivery, and set an alert so warehouse staff are notified when stock drops below your minimum.

Is Unstack compliant for water quality or food safety reporting?

No. Unstack isn't certified for water quality or food safety standards, and meeting them is your responsibility. You can keep tank testing, chlorine readings and other records in forms the builder creates, with dates on every entry and CSV export.
