Can Unstack track driver location in real time?

Staff can share their location from their phone, so you can see who is nearest and offer a job to that driver. Unstack doesn't do vehicle GPS tracking, live ETAs or route optimization.

Does Unstack automatically calculate propane pricing by tier?

It can, once set up. Store your residential, commercial and bulk price tiers, and the builder can have each delivery's invoice use the customer's tier and gallons delivered.

How does tank level tracking work?

Unstack doesn't read tank monitors. Drivers record the level at each fill, and an automation can flag customers due for a refill from the level you set or the time since their last delivery.

Can drivers submit delivery photos and signatures on mobile?

Yes. Drivers use Unstack in their phone's browser or the iPhone app to record meter readings, take tank photos and collect a signature at each stop. It needs an internet connection.

Does Unstack integrate with QuickBooks or Stripe?

Yes. Customers pay through a Stripe payment link, and Unstack syncs with QuickBooks Online, so the builder can set up an automation that sends completed deliveries across as invoices.

Can I set up automatic SMS alerts to customers?

Yes. Automations can text customers when a delivery is scheduled, when the driver marks themselves on the way and when it's done. Texting is on paid plans.

How do I prevent delivery to past-due accounts?

You can set up workflow rules in Unstack that flag orders from accounts past due or over credit limit before they reach your driver. Dispatch must approve payment or catch-up before the order loads on the route.
