Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Junk removal software questions
What is Unstack?
A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.
Is there a ready-made junk removal template?
Not yet. You describe how your junk removal business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.
Can I track crew location and jobs in real-time?
Staff can share their location from their phone, so you can see who is nearest and offer a job to that crew. Unstack doesn't do vehicle GPS tracking, live ETAs or route optimization.
Does Unstack integrate with payment processors?
Payments run through Stripe: customers pay invoices online, and crews can take cards on site with a Stripe card reader through the point of sale. Payments are recorded against the invoice.
Can customers book and pay online?
Yes. You can build a public booking form where customers upload photos of the junk, pick a date and request a quote, then pay the invoice online through Stripe.
How does photo capture and approval work?
Crews add before and after photos to the job from their phone, and you can show them to the customer in the portal. If you want a sign-off, add an e-signature step at completion.
Can I set different pricing based on junk type and volume?
Yes. The builder can create a price table by item type, load size or truck space, and use it on your booking form and invoices.
Does Unstack send automated SMS and email updates to customers?
Yes. Automations can send texts and emails for booking confirmations, on-the-way notices, invoice reminders and payment links, using wording you write. Texting is on paid plans.
How do I track dump site fees and haul costs?
Ask the builder for a dump site table with tipping fees. When crews record the weight and site on a haul, the builder can have the fee added to the job's costs so you see profit per job.
