From one sentence to software you run on

  1. Describe it, or pick a template from the marketplace.
  2. The AI builds the tables, pages and automations.
  3. Change anything, anytime, by asking.
  4. Bring the whole team: pricing is per workspace, not per user.

What a vending route workspace usually holds

The workspace brings the rest

Automations, phone, email, a website, a customer portal, invoices and payments, banking, chat, docs, version history and apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows come standard. Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Integrations

Keep the tools that work. Your books stay in QuickBooks or Xero, payments in Stripe, your calendar in Google.

One price for the whole crew

Priced per workspace, not per user. Start free and move up when the business needs it.

Vending route software questions

What is Unstack?

A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.

Is there a ready-made vending route template?

Not yet. You describe how your vending route business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.

Can I track machine inventory in real-time?

Not live from the machines. Drivers record stock levels at each visit, and Unstack can flag machines below your reorder levels and show which need a visit.

Does Unstack work offline for drivers in the field?

No. Unstack needs an internet connection, so it doesn't work offline. Drivers can use it on the route in their phone's browser or the iPhone app wherever there's signal or Wi-Fi.

Can I integrate my cash collections with bank reconciliation?

Unstack doesn't reconcile bank accounts. You can record collections per machine and send the totals to QuickBooks Online or Xero, where reconciliation happens.

How do I handle machine maintenance tracking?

Have the builder create a service log for each machine with parts replaced, technician notes, downtime and the next preventive service date, with alerts for overdue maintenance.

Can my accountant access collection reports without seeing driver data?

Yes. Unstack lets you assign granular role permissions. Your accountant can view revenue summaries and cash logs without accessing driver routes or machine details.

Does Unstack help optimize my route efficiency?

Not by optimizing routes; Unstack doesn't do that. You can see your machines on a map of the day's stops and analyze collection frequency per machine to rebalance routes yourself.

Can I generate a month-end P&L by machine or location?

Yes. The builder can make a dashboard of revenue by machine, location, product and period from the collections you record, and you can export it as CSV or send totals to QuickBooks Online.

Do I pay per user?

No. Unstack is priced per workspace, so adding a technician or an office manager does not change the bill.
