Automations, phone, email, a website, a customer portal, invoices and payments, banking, chat, docs, version history and apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows come standard. Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Fire security installation software questions
What is Unstack?
A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.
Is there a ready-made fire security installation template?
Not yet. You describe how your fire security installation business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.
Does Unstack generate NFPA 72 and NFPA 101 compliant inspection reports?
Unstack isn't certified against NFPA 72 or 101, and whether a report meets your AHJ's requirements is yours to confirm. You can build inspection forms that follow the checklists you use, with an e-signature and date on each report, and export records as CSV.
Can Unstack track sprinkler system pressure tests and UL certification renewals?
Yes, as records. The builder can create tables for pressure test results, certifications and renewal dates, with an automation that reminds you and your clients before a renewal is due. Unstack isn't UL listed or certified, and renewals stay your responsibility.
Does Unstack integrate with our existing dispatch or CRM system?
There are no built-in connections to fire or security dispatch systems. If your tool has an API, the integrations catalog, REST API and webhooks (Business plan) can pass jobs and customers between them. Unstack also syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero and takes payments through Stripe.
Can technicians complete inspections offline and sync later?
No. Unstack needs an internet connection, so it doesn't work offline. Technicians can use it at a site in their phone's browser or the iPhone app wherever there's signal or Wi-Fi.
How does Unstack compare to ServiceTitan for fire contractors?
Those are fixed products you configure. With Unstack, the AI builder creates the software around how your fire and security business works, and you can change any part of it by asking. It's priced per workspace rather than per user.
Can we create a client portal showing their inspection history and certification status?
Yes. Clients sign in to the customer portal and see only their own records, such as past inspections, reports, certificates you upload and invoices to pay.
What happens if a technician fails an inspection—can we automate the follow-up?
Yes. The builder can set up an automation that, when a deficiency is recorded, emails the client the report, creates a repair work order and notifies the person you choose.
Do I pay per user?
No. Unstack is priced per workspace, so adding a technician or an office manager does not change the bill.
