Automations, phone, email, a website, a customer portal, invoices and payments, banking, chat, docs, version history and apps for iPhone, Mac and Windows come standard. Start from a template in the marketplace, and bring your data in from a CSV. AI employees answer calls, book jobs and work your records alongside the team. Roles decide which pages each teammate can open.

Elevator service software questions
What is Unstack?
A workspace your business runs in: the software your team uses every day, plus a phone line, email, a website, a customer portal, payments, team chat and AI employees. Start from a template or describe how you work, and the AI builder sets it up. One price per workspace, with unlimited users.
Is there a ready-made elevator service template?
Not yet. You describe how your elevator service business runs, from how jobs come in to how you get paid, and the AI builder sets up the tables, pages and automations in your workspace. Change anything later the same way.
Can Unstack handle emergency callbacks in real time?
Yes, an automation can text the on-call technician the moment a callback is logged, and staff location sharing lets you offer it to the nearest qualified tech. There's no live ETA tracking for customers.
Does it track ASME A17 compliance and inspection schedules?
Unstack doesn't know ASME A17.1 requirements, and keeping to them is your responsibility. You can build an inspection schedule per unit with test results, violations and remediation due dates, and get reminders before anything is overdue.
Can I manage technician certifications and block unqualified assignments?
Yes. Track certification types and expiry dates per technician, have the assignment list show only qualified techs for restricted jobs, and send a renewal reminder before a cert expires.
How does Unstack integrate with Otis and KONE monitoring data?
There are no integrations with Otis or KONE systems. If you have access to an equipment data API, an automation could pull readings in; otherwise technicians record readings and fault codes on the service ticket.
Can I track parts inventory and trigger reorders?
Yes. Log parts used on each job, keep a reorder level on each part and get an alert when stock runs low. Parts costs can go on the job's invoice, which syncs to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Does Unstack generate compliance reports for audits?
The builder can make report pages showing inspection history, test results, violations and remediation by unit, location and date, and any table exports as CSV. Whether that meets an inspector's requirements is yours to confirm.
Can I use Unstack for modernization project tracking?
Yes, by building it. Ask the builder for a modernization projects table with scope, equipment specs, phases, budget and customer approvals, and the pages to track it.
Do I pay per user?
No. Unstack is priced per workspace, so adding a technician or an office manager does not change the bill.
