The Hub: switch between apps and workspaces
The Hub is the home screen above your apps. It is where you open an app, create a new one, and manage your workspace's team, plan and billing.
Get to the Hub
- From inside an app, click the Unstack logo at the top of the sidebar. Its tooltip reads Back to the Hub.
- Or click the app name at the top of the sidebar and choose Back to the Hub.
What the Hub shows
The sidebar lists:
- Workspaces: every workspace you own or belong to, each with a ring showing its AI credits.
- Shared with you: apps in someone else's workspace that you were invited to.
- Explore: the Marketplace, Refer & Earn and What's New.
On a phone, these sections sit in a bar at the bottom of the screen.
Inside a workspace
Click a workspace to open it. It has three tabs:
- Apps: every app in the workspace. Click one to open it. Use New app to create another.
- Templates: templates you have made from your own apps.
- Settings: a summary of the plan and usage, then sections for Collaborators, Billing, Usage and Add-ons. Only workspace owners and admins see Billing.
Switch apps quickly
You do not need to return to the Hub each time. Inside an app, click the app name at the top of the sidebar. It lists your apps, and one click moves you to another.
Your own settings
Your picture at the bottom of the Hub sidebar opens your menu. Choose Settings for your profile, password and two-factor authentication.
What lives where
- A workspace owns the plan, the billing, the AI credits and the list of apps.
- An app owns its tables, pages, automations, agents and members.
So you change your plan in the Hub, and you change your pages in the app.
