How billing works
You pay one flat price for a workspace. Everyone on your team is included, and every app in the workspace shares the same plan.
What you are billed for
- Your plan. A fixed monthly or annual price for the workspace. Adding people does not change it.
- Optional extras. Packs of AI credits or run credits when you want more, paid templates from the Marketplace, and add-ons such as phone numbers for AI agents.
If you take card payments from your own customers through Unstack, a transaction fee is taken from each payment. That is separate from your subscription.
Monthly or annual
You choose monthly or annual billing when you pick a plan. Annual costs less for each month. You can switch between them when you change plan.
Where billing lives
Billing belongs to the workspace, so you manage it in the Hub:
- Open the Hub and click your workspace.
- Open Settings, then Billing.
There you find:
- Choose a plan: your current plan and the plans you can move to.
- Next billing: the amount and date of your next invoice.
- Payment method: the card on file. Manage opens a secure Stripe page where you can change it.
- Billing details: the name, email and address that appear on invoices.
- Invoices: every past invoice, to view or download as a PDF.
Inside an app, Settings and Billing shows a summary of the plan with a Manage in Hub link.
Who can manage billing
Workspace owners and admins. Other people do not see the Billing section.
More than one workspace
Each workspace has its own plan, its own card and its own invoices. If you run two workspaces, you get two sets of invoices.
Paying
Payments are handled by Stripe. Unstack shows only the card type and its last four digits.
In the iPhone app
Plans and top-ups are managed on the web. Sign in at unstack.us in a browser to change your plan or buy credits. Your plan and balances are the same in the iPhone app.
