Add more apps and workspaces
A workspace can hold several apps that share one plan, one bill and one pool of AI credits. You can also create a separate workspace when something needs its own billing and team.
How many apps you can have
- Free: 1 app
- Starter: 3 apps
- Business: unlimited apps
A workspace on trial holds one app. If you are at your limit, New app shows the upgrade options.
Create another app
- In the Hub: click your workspace, stay on the Apps tab and click New app. Enter an App Name and an App URL, then click Create app. You become the owner of the new app.
- Inside an app: click the app name at the top of the sidebar and choose New app. This takes you through the same guided setup you had the first time.
Each app gets its own address, its own tables and pages, and its own members.
What apps share and what they do not
Shared across the workspace:
- The plan and its features
- The bill
- AI credits and run credits
Separate for each app:
- Tables, records and pages
- Automations and agents
- Members and roles
- Record and storage limits, which are counted for each app
When to use a second app
Use another app when two parts of your business have little to do with each other. Say you run a landscaping company and a rental business. Each can have its own app with its own team, and you still get one bill.
Manage an app from the Hub
Each app card has a menu with:
- Rename
- Duplicate / save as template
- Transfer to workspace…, to move the app to another workspace you manage
- Delete app…
Create another workspace
In the Hub sidebar, click the + next to Workspaces and give the new workspace a name. A new workspace has its own billing, its own AI credits and its own team. It starts empty. Create an app in it, or transfer one into it.
Use a separate workspace when the bill should go somewhere else, for example a second company with its own card.
Give people access
You can invite someone to a single app or to the entire workspace. See Invite your team.
