The free trial and what happens when it ends
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You do not need a credit card, and nothing is deleted when the trial ends.
What the trial includes
During the trial your workspace has the features of the Business plan, including:
- The AI builder
- Automations and AI agents
- Integrations, the API and webhooks
- Public pages and forms
- Custom roles
- Payments and the customer portal
You also get 100 AI credits to build with, and you can invite as many people as you like. A workspace on trial holds one app.
See how long you have left
In your app, open Settings and then Billing. The plan shows a TRIAL label and the date the trial expires. The sidebar also shows a card with the days left.
Pick a plan during the trial
You can choose a plan at any point. You do not have to wait for the trial to end.
- In your app: Settings, Billing, then Choose Plan.
- In the Hub: click your workspace, then Settings and Billing.
Choose monthly or annual billing, then pay by card. Your plan starts right away.
When the trial ends
If you have not picked a paid plan, your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically. You do not need to do anything, and you are not charged.
- Your apps, tables, records and pages stay. Nothing is deleted.
- Your team can still sign in and work.
- Features that are not part of the Free plan, and anything beyond its limits, are locked until you upgrade. They come back when you do.
- Your AI credits move to the Free plan's monthly amount.
What the Free plan includes
One app, the AI builder, up to 10 custom pages, payments, the customer portal, 50 AI credits a month, and up to 10,000 records and 5 GB of storage. Automations, AI agents, integrations, public pages and custom roles need a paid plan.
Upgrade later
You can move from Free to a paid plan whenever you are ready, from the same Billing screen. What you built during the trial is still there.
