AI credits and run credits

Your workspace has two pools of credits. AI credits pay for work done by AI. Run credits pay for automations and integrations doing work. Both come with your plan and refill on their own.

AI credits

AI credits are used whenever AI does something for you: the AI builder making a page, the assistant answering a question, an AI agent doing its job.

How many credits a task uses depends on how much work the AI does. A short answer uses very little. Building several pages uses more.

Each plan adds a monthly amount to the pool:

Free: 50
Starter: 100
Business: 200

One pool for the whole workspace

Credits belong to the workspace, not to a person or an app. Every app and every teammate draws from the same pool.

Run credits

Run credits are used when an automation runs and when an integration with another app does work. Your plan includes a monthly amount, shown next to your AI credits.

When credits reset

The pool refills every 30 days, on the reset date shown with your balance. Plan credits you did not use do not carry over. AI credits you bought as a pack and have not used yet stay in your balance.

Check your balance

In an app: the credit ring shows what is left. For more detail open Settings, then Usage.
In the Hub: each workspace has a ring next to its name. Click the workspace, then Settings, to see AI credits and run credits and how much of each you have used. The Usage section shows where the credits went.

Buy more

You can top up at any time with a one-time pack.

AI credits come in packs of 100, 250 and 500.
Run credits come in packs of 1,000, 5,000 and 25,000 runs.

To buy: in the Hub, click your workspace, open Settings and choose Buy credits. Or, in an app, open Settings, then Usage. The price of each pack is shown before you pay. Workspace owners and admins can buy.

If you run out

When AI credits run out, the assistant and your agents stop and tell you. Buy a pack to continue straight away, or wait for the monthly reset. Your app, your pages and your data keep working either way. Only AI work pauses.

Use fewer credits

Ask for one clear thing at a time.
Use Chat mode for questions. It does not build anything.
Give agents a narrow job and a sensible schedule.
