Build it, brand it, bill it
- Build the client’s app. Describe how the client’s business runs, or start from a template. The AI builds the tables, pages and automations, and you change anything by asking.
- Put your brand on it. Switch the app to white-label. It takes your product name, logo, colour and support email, and you can hide every mention of Unstack.
- Clients sign in to your brand. Invite the client’s team. The invitation, the sign-in page and the app all wear your brand, and once your domain is connected their email comes from it.
- You bill them. Set a monthly price and a setup fee. Clients pay by card through your own Stripe account, and buy AI credits from you at your price.

The Agency plan

Questions agencies ask
What is the Agency plan?
The Unstack plan for agencies, consultants and IT providers who build software for clients. You build each client an app, the app wears your brand instead of ours, and you bill the client yourself. It has everything in Business, plus white-label, client billing and AI credits you resell.
Will my clients see Unstack?
Not in their app. A white-labeled app shows your product name, logo and colour, and its AI is named after your product. Its sign-in page, invitations and emails carry your brand, and with "Hide all Unstack branding" on, the "Powered by Unstack" lines go too. The app’s web address stays on unstack.us until sign-in on your own domain arrives.
How do I get paid?
Connect your own Stripe account from the White-label tab. Set a monthly price for each client, and a setup fee if you charge one. The client pays by card on a Stripe checkout page and the money lands in your Stripe account, less the plan’s card rate, which covers Stripe’s processing and our fee. If a client stops paying, their app pauses until the bill is paid.
Is there a minimum price per client?
Yes. A client app can’t be billed less than our cheapest plan that includes the features you turned on for it, so reselling never undercuts our own prices. Above that, the price is yours.
How do AI credits work?
The Agency plan includes no monthly AI credits: AI is sold separately. You set one price per credit, never below ours. Your clients buy credit packs inside their app at that price and pay you; we keep our cost of the credits plus the card fee, and you keep the rest. For clients on your workspace’s credits, you can put what they used on their monthly invoice instead.
How many clients can I have?
As many as you like. The Agency plan has no limit on apps and none on users, so every client and everyone on their team is included.
Can I use my own domain?
For email, yes: connect your domain once, add the DNS records we show you, and your client apps send email from mail.yourdomain. Client sign-in at app.yourdomain is coming soon. Each client’s public website and customer portal can already run on the client’s own domain, from that app’s Website settings.
Can I choose what each client gets?
Yes. Pick the features each client app offers from what your plan includes. When a client reaches a feature you left off, they see a note to ask you, never an Unstack upgrade screen.
How is Agency different from Business?
Business is for running your own company: your team’s apps, in Unstack’s brand. Agency adds what reselling needs: your brand on client apps, client billing through your Stripe account, AI credits at your price, and higher record, storage and automation limits.
Can I sign up today?
The Agency plan is in early access. Book a call and we switch it on for your workspace, then you subscribe from billing like any other plan. Everything you have already built in that workspace stays where it is.
